Common use of Expiration Date and Renewal Clause in Contracts

Expiration Date and Renewal. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until June 29, 1997 and then shall automatically renew itself from year to year thereafter, unless the Company or the Union gives written notice to the other party to amend, modify or terminate within not less than sixty (60) days prior to any expiration date. The parties may by mutual agreement modify or amend this Agreement at any time hereafter.
