Common use of Expiration of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Expiration of Agreement. On expiration of this Agreement and in the absence of the registration of a subsequent agreement the provisions of this Agreement shall apply until such time as a new agreement is registered and takes effect.

Expiration of Agreement. On expiration of this the Agreement and in the absence of the registration of a subsequent agreement Enterprise Agreement the provisions of this Agreement shall apply until such time as a new agreement is registered and takes effectregistered.
