Expiration of the Employment Term; Non-Renewal. If either the Company or the Executive elects to not to extend the Employment Term by not renewing this Agreement in accordance with Section 2, the Executive shall not be entitled to any additional compensation upon his termination of employment with the Company other than the Accrued Obligation. For the avoidance of doubt, a termination of employment by the Company following the end of the Employment Term shall not entitle the Executive to receive any Severance Benefits regardless of the reason for his termination of employment.
