Common use of EXPIRATION ON TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

EXPIRATION ON TERMINATION. Subject to Section 4.1 hereof, upon Termination, such part of the option as is then vested but unexercised may be exercised by the Participant for a period of ninety (90) days after Termination or such later date as the Board of Directors may approve after which time this option shall expire; provided, however, that in no event may this option be exercised after the Expiration Date.
