Common use of Expiration or Termination of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Expiration or Termination of this Agreement. Upon any expiration or termination of this Agreement, each Party shall promptly return all Confidential Information of the other Party, provided however, that each Party may retain such Confidential Information as reasonably necessary to exercise rights hereunder or perform obligations hereunder that survive such expiration or termination, and each Party may retain one copy of the Confidential Information thereof in its legal files solely for archival purposes.
