Expiration or Termination. The parties agree that upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, Agent’s sole compensation shall be to receive full commissions in that amount and to that extent it would otherwise have been entitled to receive such commissions pursuant to this Section 6 as of the effective date of termination and resulting from Agent’s activities under this Agreement.
