Expiry of Housing Agreement. The City covenants and agrees with the Owner that this Agreement shall cease to apply from and after that date which is the later of: (i) the 60th anniversary of the date this Agreement is registered in the LTO; or (ii) the date that all buildings located on the Lands have been demolished. Upon expiry, the Owner may provide to the City a discharge of this Agreement, which the City shall execute and return to the Owner for filing in the LTO.
