Explanation To Offerors. Any explanation desired by an offeror regarding the meaning or interpretation of the solicitation drawings, specifications, etc., must be requested in writing and received by the date stated in the Solicitation Schedule. Oral explanations or instructions given before the award of the contract will not be binding. Any information given to a prospective offeror concerning a solicitation will be furnished promptly to all prospective offerors as an amendment of the solicitation, if that information is necessary in submitting offers or if lack of such information would be prejudicial to other prospective offerors.

  • Submission of Certified Payroll Transcripts for Public Works Contracts Only Contractors and Subcontractors on public works projects must submit monthly payroll transcripts to the Authorized User that has prepared or directs the preparation of the plans and specifications for a public works project, as set forth in the Bid Specifications.
