Common use of Exploitation of Information Clause in Contracts

Exploitation of Information. Subject to use of information for the purposes expressly contemplated in clauses 11.2(b), 11.2(c) and 11.2(e), no Party shall make use of any information arising out of the Project issued or provided by or on behalf of any Party in connection with the Transaction Documents otherwise than for the purposes of the Transaction Documents, except with the written consent of the Party by whom or on whose behalf the information was provided.
