Common use of Export Administration Clause in Contracts

Export Administration. Each party agrees to comply with all relevant export laws and regulations of the United States and the country or territory in which the Services are provided ("Export Laws") to assure that neither any deliverable, if any, nor any direct product thereof is (1) exported, directly or indirectly in violation of Export Laws or (2) intended to be used for any purposes prohibited by the Export Laws, including without limitation nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation.

Export Administration. Each party agrees to comply with all relevant export laws and regulations of the United States States, the United Kingdom and the any other applicable country or territory in which the Services are provided ("“Export Laws"”) to assure that neither any deliverable, if any, the Software nor any direct product thereof is are (1i) exported, directly or indirectly indirectly, in violation of Export Laws Laws; or (2ii) intended to be are used for any purposes prohibited by the Export Laws, including including, without limitation limitation, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation.
