Common use of EXPORT LICENSING Clause in Contracts

EXPORT LICENSING. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining any export license required with respect to the goods, products, or technologies, including software, sold, delivered, licensed or otherwise provided to UNRWA under the Contract. Subject to and without any waiver of the privileges and immunities of UNRWA, UNRWA shall lend the Contractor all reasonable assistance required for obtaining any such export license. Should any Governmental entity refuse, delay or hinder the Contractor’s ability to obtain any such export license, the Contractor shall promptly consult with UNRWA to enable UNRWA to take appropriate measures to resolve the matter.
