Common use of EXPORT LICENSING Clause in Contracts

EXPORT LICENSING. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining any export license required with respect to the goods, products, or technologies, including software, sold, delivered, licensed or otherwise provided to FAO under the Contract. The Contractor shall procure any such export license in an expeditious manner. Subject to and without any waiver of the privileges and immunities of FAO, FAO shall lend the Contractor all reasonable assistance required for obtaining any such export license. Should any governmental entity refuse, delay or hinder the Contractor’s ability to obtain any such export license, the Contractor shall promptly consult with FAO to enable FAO to take appropriate measures to resolve the matter.
