Express Provisions. Any consent or other matter which, by the express terms of any Senior Finance Document, is to be given by all the Lenders will not be effective unless all the Lenders have agreed to it but, subject to the agreement of all the Lenders having been obtained, may be given by the Facility Agent on behalf of all the Lenders.
