Local Provisions. 4. In each five (5) day week full time elementary teachers shall be entitled to a minimum of ninety (90) minutes (effective September 19, 2014 one hundred (100) minutes and effective June 30, 2019 on hundred and ten (110) minutes) of instructional time for preparation purposes free from instructional and supervisory duties.
