Common use of Extended Validation (EV) Certificates Clause in Contracts

Extended Validation (EV) Certificates. This Agreement does not cover the terms and conditions necessary for us to issue Extended Validation (EV) Certificates to you. You will be required to accept a separate Trend Micro SSL Extended Validation Terms of Service Subscriber Agreement in order to obtain EV certificates from your Account.

You will be required to accept a separate Trend Micro SSL AffirmTrust Extended Validation Terms of Service Subscriber Agreement in order to obtain EV certificates from as part of the Services. If AffirmTrust issues EV Certificates to you and you use the services in connection with the issuance of such EV Certificates, you agree to and accept such additional or different terms as a condition of your Accountuse.
