Trend Micro Obligations. Trend Micro will: (i) issue Certificates in accordance with its CPS; (ii) perform authentication of Subscribers as described in its CPS; (iii) revoke Certificates as described in its CPS; and (iv) perform any other functions which are described within its CPS. Upon Trend Micro's receipt of the necessary payment (if any) and upon completion of authentication procedures required for the Certificate you have selected, Trend Micro will process your Certificate Request. If your Certificate Request is approved, Trend Micro will issue you a Certificate for your use in accordance with this Agreement. After you receive your Certificate, you must review the information in it and promptly notify Trend Micro of any errors. Upon receipt of such notice, Trend Micro may revoke your Certificate and issue you a corrected Certificate.

Trend Micro Obligations. In consideration of the subscription fees paid, Trend Micro shall provide the Services in a professional manner.   • Supplier Obligations At all times during the Term, the Supplier is required to:

Any required maintenance of such communications equipment shall be performed by Developer. Operational communications shall be activated and maintained under, but not be limited to, the following events: system paralleling or separation, scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns, equipment clearances, and hourly and daily load data.
