Common use of Extending Term Clause in Contracts

Extending Term. For purposes of extending the term of the relationship between the Company and Employee, the parties agree to enter into good faith negotiations within sixty (60) days prior to the termination of this Agreement. In the event that the parties are unable to reach an agreement at such time as this Agreement terminates, this Agreement shall be automatically terminated on December 31, 2004.

Extending Term. For purposes of extending the term of the relationship between the Company and Employee, the parties agree to enter into good faith negotiations within sixty (60) days prior to the termination of this Agreement. In the event that the parties are unable to reach an agreement at such time as this Agreement terminates, this Agreement shall be automatically terminated on December 31, 20042005.
