Consulting Term. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Company agrees to retain the Consulting Director for a term of three (3) years commencing as of the date Consulting Director's retirement from the Board of Directors of the Company ("Effective Date"). The Company may not terminate the Consulting Director's service agreement prior to the end of the three-year term unless such termination is due to a Termination for Cause as defined herein.
Consulting Term. Consultant is hereby retained by Emerson as Consultant and independent contractor to provide consulting services for a period commencing June 1, 2021 and ending December 31, 2021 (the “Initial Term”), unless this Consulting Agreement is (a) sooner terminated by Emerson in accordance with Section 5 hereof or (b) extended by mutual agreement. For purposes of this Consulting Agreement, “Term” shall mean the period during which Consultant provides consulting services to Emerson or the other Emerson Entities under this Consulting Agreement.
Consulting Term. Subject to the provisions in Section 4 hereof, the term of this Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and shall continue for a period of four (4) years (the "Consulting Term").
Consulting Term. Unless earlier terminated as provided under Section 2(d) below, the “Consulting Term” shall be the period commencing on January 1, 2017 and ending on December 31, 2017 (the “Expiration Date”). There shall be no extension of this Agreement other than by written instrument duly executed and delivered by the Parties.
Consulting Term. In the event Xxxxxxxxxx is President of the Company on November 30, 2011, the Company agrees to retain Xxxxxxxxxx as a consultant. The term of the consulting agreement will commence on December 1, 2011 and continue for a period of six years ending November 30, 2017, unless terminated sooner in a manner provided herein (the “Consulting Term”).
Consulting Term. The term of Executive’s retention as a consultant shall begin on the Retirement Date and end on the third annual anniversary of the Retirement Date, unless terminated earlier by either party pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 6 below (“Term”).
Consulting Term. Xx. Xxxx shall provide the Services commencing on the Effective Date and continuing until March 31, 2015 (the "Consulting Term"). Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' prior written notice of termination to the other party. Prior to March 31, 2015, both parties agree to evaluate the scope of the Services and whether to renew this Agreement, and the parties may mutually agree to extend the term or modify the scope of this Agreement for Services performed thereafter.
Consulting Term. The period of the Consultant’s retention by the Company under this Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence on September 22, 2011 and terminate on December 31, 2011, or such earlier date upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
(A) the death or retirement of the Consultant; or
Consulting Term. At any time prior to the expiration of the Employment Term, the Board of Directors of NewPage Holding Corporation (“Holding”) may request on or after the first anniversary of the Effective Date that the Executive retire as Chief Executive Officer of Holding and the Company upon an effective date specified by the Board of Directors of Holding (the “Holding Board”), but continue as Chairman of the Holding Board and the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). In the event of such request, the Employment Term shall be deemed to terminate and the consulting term (the “Consulting Term” and together with the Employment Term, the “Term”) commence on such effective date. The Consulting Term shall continue until terminated in accordance with Section 5.7.
