EXTENDING THE INITIAL TERM. 3.1 The Partners may agree unanimously to extend this Agreement for an agreed period or periods in twelve (12) monthly periods and on varied terms as they agree, beyond the Initial Term, subject to approval of the individual Partner’s internal approval processes. 3.2 The Partners acknowledge that the arrangements under this Agreement are developing and that it may be necessary to modify or replace this Agreement in order to reflect how the arrangements develop and to that end the Partners agree to work together in good faith.
