Extension and Renewal of Term. A. In December 2031, the SFPUC may provide written notice to the Wholesale Customers that it is willing to extend the Term of this Agreement. Between January 1, 2032 and June 30, 2032, any Wholesale Customer may accept the SFPUC's offer to extend the Term by providing a written notice of extension to the SFPUC. If such notices of extension are received from Wholesale Customers representing at least two-thirds in number as of June 30, 2032 and seventy five percent (75%) of the quantity of water delivered by the SFPUC to all Wholesale Customers during fiscal year 2030-31, the Term shall be extended for another five (5) years ("First Extension Term"), through June 30, 2039. No party to this Agreement which does not wish to remain a party during the Extension Term shall be compelled to do so by the actions of other parties under this section.
