Common use of Extension Documentation Clause in Contracts

Extension Documentation. As soon as practicable following an extension of the Maturity Date pursuant to this Section 2.7, Borrower shall, if requested by Lender, execute and deliver an amendment of and/or restatement of the Note and shall, if requested by Lender, enter into such amendments to the related Loan Documents as may be necessary or appropriate to evidence the extension of the Maturity Date as provided in this Section 2.7; provided, however, that no failure by Borrower to enter into any such amendments and/or restatements shall affect the rights or obligations of Borrower or Lender with respect to the extension of the Maturity Date.
