Common use of Extension Documentation Clause in Contracts

Extension Documentation. If requested by Lender, Borrower shall execute and deliver an agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Lender commemorating the extension of the Maturity Date upon the exercise of an Extension Option and satisfaction of all applicable conditions to such extension as provided in Section 2.6.1; provided that no such agreement shall materially increase or alter the obligations of Borrower pursuant to the Loan Documents (it being acknowledged that a ratification by Borrower or any Guarantor of its respective obligations under the Loan Documents to which it is a party or a certification by Borrower and/or any Guarantor that its respective representations and warranties set forth in the Loan Documents to which it is a party remain true and correct in all material respects as of the first day of any extension term shall not constitute an increase in Borrower’s obligations for such purpose).
