Common use of Extension Documentation Clause in Contracts

Extension Documentation. As soon as practicable following any extension of the Maturity Date pursuant to this Section 3.1, Borrower shall, if requested by Administrative Agent, execute and deliver an amendment or restatement of the Notes and shall, if requested by Administrative Agent, enter into such other amendments or modifications to the related Loan Documents as may be necessary or appropriate to evidence the extension of the Maturity Date as provided in this Section 3.1; provided, however, that failure by Borrower to enter into any such amendments and/or restatements, in and of itself, shall not affect the rights or obligations of Borrower or Administrative Agent with respect to the extension of the Maturity Date.
