Common use of Extension of Acceptance Date Clause in Contracts

Extension of Acceptance Date. The Acceptance Date must be extended by JPMorgan upon request of any Trustee, with respect to that Trustee, for a period of no more than sixty (60) days beyond the initial Acceptance Date. The Acceptance Date may be further extended at request of the Trustees, but JPMorgan shall have a unilateral right to refuse to extend further the Acceptance Date. The Parties agree that any extension of the Acceptance Date shall be conditioned upon an extension of the Tolling and Forbearance Agreement entered into as of November 6, 2013 (the “Tolling Agreement”) for the same period of time.
