Extension of Bid Validity Period. 17.1 In exceptional circumstances, prior to the expiration of the Bid validity period, UNDP may request Bidders to extend the period of validity of their Bids. The request and the responses shall be made in writing, and shall be considered integral to the Bid. 17.2 If the Bidder agrees to extend the validity of its Bid, it shall be done without any change to the original Bid. 17.3 The Bidder has the right to refuse to extend the validity of its Bid, in which case, the Bid shall not be further evaluated.
