Extension of Employment Period. In the event FLIC has entered into an agreement to effect a transaction that would be considered a Change in Control during the Employment Period, the Employment Period shall be extended automatically for a period ending on, and including, the 30th day following the effective date of the Change in Control (to the extent the Employment Period would otherwise expire, without regard to the foregoing, prior to the completion of such period).
