Common use of Extension of Negotiating Period Clause in Contracts

Extension of Negotiating Period. Should both parties be in agreement, the negotiating period may be extended for up to two (2) additional periods of thirty days each. Both parties must agree in writing no later than five (5) days prior to the expiration of the Exclusive Negotiation Agreement.
