Representative of Agency. The Executive Director of the Agency, or such person’s designee, (the “Executive Director”) shall represent the Agency in all matters pertaining to this Agreement. Whenever a reference is made herein to an action or approval to be undertaken by the Agency, the Executive Director is authorized to act unless this Agreement specifically provides otherwise or the context should otherwise require.

  • Representative of the Borrower Addresses Section 7.01. The Minister of Finance of the Borrower is designated as representative of the Borrower for the purposes of Section 11.03 of the General Conditions.

  • Representative of Canadian Union The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of a representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees or any other advisors when dealing or negotiating with the Employer.   • Notice of Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Company when any representative of the Union intends to visit the worksite for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits will not disrupt employees working without the supervisor/manager’s permission.
