Common use of Extension of Protection Clause in Contracts

Extension of Protection. Client agrees to extend any and all liability limitations and indemnifications provided by Client to WHKS to those individuals and entities WHKS retains for performance of the services under this Agreement, including but not limited to WHKS officers and employees and their heirs and assigns, as well as WHKS subconsultants and their officers, employees, heirs and assigns.
