EXTENSION OF USE COMMITMENT The Contractor agrees to honor all orders from State Agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law (see Section 25 Extension of Use) which are in compliance with the pricing, terms, and conditions set forth in the Contract. Any unilateral limitations/restrictions imposed by the Contractor on eligible Authorized Users will be grounds for cancellation of the Contract.
EXTENSION OF USE The Contract may be extended to additional States or governmental jurisdictions upon mutual written agreement between New York State (the lead contracting State) and the Contractor. Political subdivisions and other authorized entities within each participating State or governmental jurisdiction may also participate in the Contract if such State normally allows participation by such entities. New York State reserves the right to negotiate additional minimum NYS Vehicle Discounts based on any increased volume generated by such extensions.

Interim Extension Amendment a. Prior to or on the expiration date of this Contract, the Parties agree that this Contract can be extended as provided under this Section.
Extension of Probation The probationary period shall be regarded as part of the testing process and shall be utilized for closely observing the employee's work, for securing the most effective adjustment of an employee to a new position, and for rejecting any probationary employee whose performance does not meet the required standards of work. The Fire Chief may recommend, and the City Manager may extend, an employee's normal probationary period by a maximum of six months in two-month increments.

EXPIRATION DATE AND EXTENSION This Contract expires January 31, 2023, unless it is terminated sooner pursuant to Article XX of the General Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into this Contract by reference. Term Extension It is understood and agreed that the State may extend the Term an additional period of time, not to exceed one hundred-eighty (180) days beyond the expiration date of this Grant Contract, under the same terms and conditions. In no event, however, shall the maximum Term, including all extensions or renewals, exceed a total of sixty (60) months.
Extension of Leaves Employees who are entitled to leave pursuant to Articles 20.1 and 20.2 shall be entitled to an extended leave of up to an additional six (6) months for health reasons where a doctor's certificate is presented. Such written request must be received by the Employer at least four weeks prior to the expiration of leave taken pursuant to Article 20.1 and 20.2.
TAM Extension Service The TAM Extension Service is an extension of a Red Hat Enterprise Linux TAM Service to provide additional technical knowledge such as SAP implementations on Red Hat Enterprise Linux. The TAM Extension Service requires a separate active and paid standard TAM Service Subscription.
