Rehearsals. Employees engaged casually for rehearsals shall be paid as set out in Table C of Schedule 1.
Rehearsals. Wedding rehearsals may be scheduled on Wednesdays and Thursdays, as well as Fridays during the day, subject to availability, for a fee of $200. Rehearsals. Rehearsals or matinee performances shall end at least three (3) hours prior to the commencement of an evening performance, except when the hall is not available at times which would make this possible. The latter situations would involve prior consultation with the Orchestra Committee.

Rehearsals. (1) At the Theatre’s option, on non-performance days, rehearsal shall not exceed “7 out of 9” or “8 out of 10” consecutive hours. The Company shall receive no less than 12 hours’ notice of the span of each rehearsal day. (2) A six-hour rehearsal block may be utilized provided the following conditions are met: (a) The Theatre may schedule 6 six-hour rehearsal days in one week and may add two additional hours in one hour segments for photo and costume calls. There shall be a one-hour meal break between rehearsal and photo/costume call unless the individual Actor requests that no break be given. This shall be the entire work schedule for the week. (b) The Theatre may use a six-hour rehearsal block in combination with the standard rehearsal schedule in section (C)(1) above. Thereafter, if the six-hour option is to be used, the Theatre shall give the cast 12 hours’ notice. (i) The six-hour rehearsal block shall constitute the entire work schedule for the day. (ii) Each six-hour rehearsal block used shall count as eight hours for the purposes of calculating the hours rehearsed in a work week. (c) Within the six-hour rehearsal block, there shall be 40 minutes of break time to be distributed in accordance with section (E)(2) below except that one break shall not be less than 20 minutes. (d) A rider shall be attached to the Actor’s contract informing the Actor that the Theatre may schedule such six-hour rehearsal blocks at its discretion during the rehearsal period. (3) Except as provided in section (C)(4) below, on one-performance days, (a) if the performance is 3½ hours or less (including half-hour), rehearsal shall not exceed five consecutive hours; (b) if the performance is over 3½ hours (including half- hour), rehearsal shall not exceed 4½ consecutive hours; (c) if the performance is over four hours (including half-hour), rehearsal shall not exceed four consecutive hours. (4) There shall be no rehearsal on a two-performance day if only one such day is scheduled in the week. Where two two-performance days are scheduled in the week, two consecutive hours of rehearsal will be permitted on one such day if the Actors elect to do so by majority vote. In Repertory Theatres, the company vote will be taken prior to the commencement of rehearsals for the second production of the season. Rehearsals. 6.1.1 Normal rehearsal calls may be calculated at 2, 2.5, and 3 hours in length. 6.1.2 Stage rehearsals will be a minimum of 2 hours and may be scheduled up to a maximum of 4 hours in 15-minute units. 6.1.3 Dress Rehearsals will always be called a minimum of 3 hours in length but may be scheduled up to a maximum of 4 hours in 15-minute units. Dress Rehearsals over 4 hours in length will count as 6 hours and 2 calls towards the four-weekly total. 6.1.4 On a maximum of two occasions per week, rehearsals may be called for seating, rehearsal and balance of up to 30 minutes for staged opera performance, or up to 1 hour for concerts and concert performance of opera, in the theatre or concert venue and will count as 1 hour and half a call.
Rehearsals. Students are expected to be present and ON TIME for all rehearsals and meetings. If a student expects to be late due to another school activity’s practice or game, he/she is required to communicate to the Director or section leader IN ADVANCE. The student may call or leave a message on the OMHS Choral Department Voicemail at 000-000-0000 and come directly to the choir rehearsal as soon as the other activity is released. In the case of a student going from one sport/activity to rehearsal, packing a dinner or having food delivered to the student to “eat on the go” is preferred. Missing rehearsal to get food and/or eat during rehearsal time is not permitted. No food or drink is permitted at rehearsal (in the choral suite or auditorium) with the exception of water. Water bottles are acceptable and encouraged at all rehearsals.
Rehearsals. A one-hour rehearsal is granted with each reservation. This is an opportunity for the wedding party to work out the logistics for the event. Scheduled rehearsals are not staffed. Rehearsals are scheduled, based on availability, Monday through Thursday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Rehearsals. To prepare a production, a theatre shall plan a sufficient number of rehearsals, considering the degree of complexity of the production. The number of rehearsals shall be agreed in advance with the director or choreographer; however, at the director’s request, at least 40 rehearsals (incl. at least 12 stage rehearsals with the stage scenery) shall be held for a full-scale performance in-house, engaging, if necessary, all actors or dancers involved in the performance. The stage rehearsals shall include at least 3 preparatory dress rehearsals and at least 3 scheduled dress rehearsals. The 3 scheduled dress rehearsals shall be conducted uninterruptedly. The dress rehearsal of a particularly long performance shall be agreed upon separately between the theatre and the working group. Among the 40 rehearsals mentioned above, the theatre shall conduct at least 1 set assembly rehearsal, 1 scene change rehearsal and 1 lighting rehearsal, unless otherwise agreed within the working group. Lighting, sound and scene change rehearsals shall be held when the stage set and costumes are ready. In these rehearsals, all technical employees and employees engaged in creative activities necessary for the smooth running of the performance shall participate, as appropriate. Preliminary costume and makeup rehearsals shall be arranged by the costume designer and the make-up artist in agreement with the director sufficiently in advance of the beginning of dress rehearsals. Singing, dance, orchestra and other necessary special rehearsals shall be held as agreed in advance. In the cases where support staff participates in the performance, a sufficient number of rehearsals in which actors and the support staff are present at the same time shall be held before the first dress rehearsal. The director or choreographer may conduct additional preparatory and dress rehearsals only with the permission of the theatre and with the consent of the working group. As a rule, at least one performance of the new production shall take place during the week that follows the premiere. Any unauthorised persons may attend a rehearsal only in agreement with the production group.
