Common use of Extension of Rights to Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Extension of Rights to Affiliates. Customer may extend its rights, benefits and protections provided herein to its Affiliates provided that Customer remains responsible and liable for such Affiliate’s compliance with this Agreement.
