Extension of Term of Covenant In Event of Breach. In the event Executive breaches any of the restrictions set forth in Section 6.2, then, in addition to any other remedies to which the Company may be entitled, the duration of the restrictions shall be extended automatically to two years from the latest date on which Executive shall have ceased to violate the covenants.
