Extension of the 1925 Act. (a) The statutory powers of leasing conferred on the Master Issuer Security Trustee are extended so as to authorise the Master Issuer Security Trustee to lease, make agreements for leases, accept surrenders of leases and grant options as the Master Issuer Security Trustee may think fit and without the need to comply with any provision of Section 99 or 100 of the 1925 Act.
