Common use of EXTENSION OF TIME OF EXPIRY Clause in Contracts

EXTENSION OF TIME OF EXPIRY. If the Corporation gives notice to a Warrantholder that the exercise of Purchase Warrants will not be honoured, the Expiry Date shall be deferred by the number of days from the date of such notice until the Trustee receives notice that the exercise of Purchase Warrants may again be honoured.
