Extension of Waiver of Liability. Seller agrees to extend the waiver of liability set forth above to subcontractors at any tier under a Project Agreement by requiring them, by contract or otherwise, to agree to waive all claims described above against the Government and CAO. Seller also agrees to flow down the damages limitation set forth above to subcontractors at any tier.
