Extension or Amendment of Loan Assets. The Servicer will not, except as otherwise permitted in Section 6.04(a), extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Loan Asset (including the Underlying Collateral).

The Manager will not, except as otherwise permitted hereunder, agree, on behalf of the Borrower, to extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Loan Asset in a manner inconsistent with the Management Standards, and in any case will not amend or otherwise modify any Eligible Loan Asset to extend the maturity date thereof on any date following the end of the Revolving Period.
