The following paragraph is added after the paragraph that begins “These warranties are customer’s exclusive warranties..” The warranties specified in this section are in addition to any rights Customer may have under the Consumer Xxxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 or other legislation that cannot be excluded or limited by law. The following paragraph replaces the paragraph that begins “Unless otherwise specified in an Attachment or Transaction Document..” Unless otherwise specified in an Attachment or Transaction Document, IBM provides non-IBM Eligible Products, without warranties, conditions, or guarantees of any kind. However, non-IBM manufacturers, developers, suppliers, or publishers may provide their own warranties to Customer.
