This warranty is available only to the person to whom the unit was originally sold by Danby Products Limited (Canada) or Danby Products Inc. (U.S.A.) (hereafter “Danby”) or by an authorized distributor of Danby, and is non-transferable. TERMS OF WARRANTY Plastic parts, are warranted for thirty (30) days only from purchase date, with no extensions provided. First Year During the first twelve (12) months, any functional parts of this product found to be defective, will be repaired or replaced, at warrantor’s option, at no charge to the ORIGINAL purchaser. To obtain Danby reserves the right to limit the boundaries of “In Home Service” to the proximity of an Authorized Service Depot. Any app liance Service requiring service outside the limited boundaries of “In Home Service” , it will be the consumer’s responsibility to transport the appliance (at their own expense) to the original retailer (point of purchase) or a service depot for repair. See “Boundaries of In Home Serv ice” below. Contact your dealer from whom your unit was purchased, or contact your nearest authorized Danby service depot, where service must be performed by a qualified service technician. If service is performed on the units by anyone other than an authorized service depot, or the unit is used for commercial appli cation, all obligations of Danby under this warranty shall be void. Warranty Service. To obtain the benefits of our warranty, you must contact your certified IrriGreen irrigation system installer and provide to them a copy of the original sales receipt or other proof of purchase within the warranty period. You or the certified installer are responsible for any damage to any part or loss resulting from removing any defective part or product and/or re-installing any repaired or replaced parts. For questions, you can call us at 000-000-0000. Grounding. Our limited warranty for server boxes is void if the service box is not properly grounded per our manufacturer’s specifications. It is the responsibility of the installer to connect all electronic irrigation equipment for which they are responsible to earth ground in accordance with the National Electrical Node (NEC). Even with optimum grounding, we are not liable for product failures due to acts of God (e.g. lightning, flooding, etc.) and these failures are not covered by this warranty. Warranty Service. 6.1 Integrator shall provide to its End Users, at no charge, all warranty service applicable to the Products when they were purchased by End User, for a minimum of the warranty period set forth in the published Product warranty provided with the original Product. Warranty shall commence upon shipment to the End User. The warranty service provided by Integrator shall include, at a minimum, the following Software and Hardware replacement services:
Warranty Service. The contractor shall provide, at no additional cost to the government, a minimum one-year system warranty (or the warranty provided by the OEM, whichever is longer) for all hardware and software purchased under this contract, including all equipment supplied, installed, and integrated by the contractor. The equipment warranty shall provide for repair and distribution of updated software to all users who purchased the software under this contract. The contractor shall provide to the OCO for their review and approval a written description of the warranty service associated with each product and service delivered under the contract at the time of acceptance. The contractor shall repair or replace malfunctioning equipment covered by warranty within five business days or as specified in the order. The contractor shall provide to the government a point of contact for the warranty during the Normal Business Day (7AM – 7PM Local Time) or for a longer period if so specified in the order. The warranty shall begin at the time the final system acceptance form is signed.
Warranty Service. (a) If either Party believes that any Component fails any of the warranties in Section 6.1, this Party may notify the other Party. Promptly following such notification, the other Party will examine the affected Component and either (i) repair the affected Component so that the affected Component complies with the warranties in Section 6.1 or (ii) replace the nonconforming Component with a Component that complies with the warranties in Section 6.1.
Warranty Service. Licensee’s exclusive remedy and TRIARQ’s sole liability under this warranty will be for TRIARQ to attempt through reasonable efforts to correct any material failure of the Software to perform as warranted, if such failure is reported to TRIARQ within the warranty period. Licensee, at TRIARQ’s request, will make reasonable efforts to provide TRIARQ with sufficient information (which may include access to such copies of the Software on Licensee’s computer system by TRIARQ personnel) to reproduce the defect in question.
Warranty Service. We will specify in the Exhibit whether you or we are responsible to provide Warranty Service for a Machine. When we are responsible for providing Warranty Service for Machines, you are not authorized to provide such Service, unless we specify otherwise in the Exhibit. When you are responsible for providing Warranty Service, you agree to do so according to the terms we specify in the Warranty Service Attachment.

Warranty Service. If we determines that your product is eligible for warranty service, you may send your product to the authorized location for servicing. Replacement Hardware may not be new but will be in good working order and equivalent to the item exchanged. The warranty period for the Hardware shall be the greater of ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement or the remaining Hardware warranty period. Customer agrees to ensure that exchanged Hardware is free of any legal obligations or restrictions that prevent its exchange and represents that all returned items are genuine and unaltered. Where applicable, before Nortel provides warranty services, Customer agrees to a) follow the problem determination, problem analysis, and warranty services request procedures that Nortel provides in writing or electronic media; b) secure all programs and data contained in Hardware; and c) inform Nortel of changes in the Hardware’s location. Services to supplement the warranty and post-warranty Services, including advance shipment of replacement parts, may be available at Nortel’s then-current prices and policies.
