Warranty Service. 1. When repair or replacement services covered by this Agreement are required, you must telephone us at the toll-free service number printed on your Agreement Coverage Summary page. Telephone service is available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. You must notify us immediately upon discovery of any mechanical failure, and prior to the expiration of the term of the Agreement during which the failure occurred. If you fail to notify us of any mechanical failure prior to the expiration of the term of the Agreement during which the failure occurred, we will not be responsible for the cost of any repairs and/or replacements resulting from the mechanical failure.
2. We will provide you with a referral to an independent service contractor. We will use reasonable efforts to provide a referral to an independent service contractor within two (2) hours after the service request is received during normal business hours and within twenty-four (24) hours for requests received after normal business hours and on weekends or holidays. In the event we determine, at our sole discretion, that there is an emergency situation requiring expedited service, we will make reasonable efforts to expedite service. We will determine, at our sole discretion, which repairs constitute an emergency and will give consideration to covered mechanical failures that affect the habitability of the dwelling.
3. We have sole authority to select independent service contractors. All repair and/or replacement work covered by this Agreement must be performed by a pre-approved independent service contractor, and all repair and replacement services must be approved by us in advance. We are not responsible or liable for and will not cover any expenses you incur without our prior express consent, and we will not reimburse you for any costs you incur associated with unauthorized repair or replacement work performed by unauthorized contractors.
4. This Agreement includes a deductible charge, listed on your Agreement Coverage Summary, that you must pay per trade on each service call made towards the covered portion of any claim. When a covered claim requires more than one trade to complete the covered repair/replacement only one deductible charge will be required. Trades include appliance, air conditioning, heating, electrical, plumbing, and any other trade specifically required to service Covered Items listed on your Agreement Coverage Summary. Warranty Service. If You feel that the Equipment does not comply with the above warranty, You must contact the 3D Systems’ Warranty Hotline or Our authorized servicing reseller, as applicable. If Your 3D Printer is serviced by an authorized servicing reseller, You must first contact such reseller regarding any warranty service claims. 3D Systems or Our authorized servicing reseller, as applicable, will be responsible only for those defects or other non-conformities then under warranty and which have been reported in a timely manner. Liability under the warranty is limited to bringing the Equipment into compliance by repairing or replacing the defect using either new or refurbished Genuine 3D Parts.

Warranty Service. Licensee’s exclusive remedy and TRIARQ’s sole liability under this warranty will be for TRIARQ to attempt through reasonable efforts to correct any material failure of the Software to perform as warranted, if such failure is reported to TRIARQ within the warranty period. Licensee, at TRIARQ’s request, will make reasonable efforts to provide TRIARQ with sufficient information (which may include access to such copies of the Software on Licensee’s computer system by TRIARQ personnel) to reproduce the defect in question.
Warranty Service. We will specify in the Exhibit whether you or we are responsible to provide Warranty Service for a Machine. When we are responsible for providing Warranty Service for Machines, you are not authorized to provide such Service, unless we specify otherwise in the Exhibit. When you are responsible for providing Warranty Service, you agree to do so according to the terms we specify in the Warranty Service Attachment.
Warranty Service. The contractor shall provide, at no additional cost to the government, a minimum one-year system warranty (or the warranty provided by the OEM, whichever is longer) for all hardware and software purchased under this contract, including all equipment supplied, installed, and integrated by the contractor. The equipment warranty shall provide for repair and distribution of updated software to all users who purchased the software under this contract. The contractor shall provide to the OCO for their review and approval a written description of the warranty service associated with each product and service delivered under the contract at the time of acceptance. The contractor shall repair or replace malfunctioning equipment covered by warranty within five business days or as specified in the order. The contractor shall provide to the government a point of contact for the warranty during the Normal Business Day (7AM – 7PM Local Time) or for a longer period if so specified in the order. The warranty shall begin at the time the final system acceptance form is signed.
Warranty Service. 4.2.1. Integrator shall provide to its End Users, at no charge, all warranty service for a minimum of the warranty period set forth in the published Product warranty provided with the original Product. Warranty shall commence upon shipment to the End User. Warranty service consists of the following Software and Hardware replacement services:
4.2.1.1. Integrator will distribute Bug Fixes to the End User during the warranty period.
4.2.1.2. Integrator will meet the replacement obligations as set forth in the then-current published Product warranty applicable to the particular Product sold to the End User.
Warranty Service. During the Warranty Period, NBC agrees, at its expense, to correct, modify, repair or replace any Light Source failing to meet the warranties provided hereunder. Without limiting the foregoing, NBC shall use best efforts to provide on-site warranty repair service to end-users within the Territory within [c.i.].
Warranty Service. If we determine that our product is eligible for warranty service, you may send your product to the authorized location for servicing. We do not pay for shipping costs to our locations. Once service is complete, We will return the product to you.
