Exterior Illumination. The Participant shall at all times maintain adequate lighting in all entrance ways, garages and parking areas. Adequate lighting means outdoor, night lighting designed and installed, which provides no less than one (1.0) foot candles in the parking areas and no less than one and one-half (1-1/2) foot candles in the walking areas or common areas and no less than 0.2 foot candles at the point of least illumination.
