Exterior Screening. All electrical and mechanical apparatus, equipment, fixtures (other than lighting fixtures but including main electrical transformers), whether roof mounted, exterior wall mounted or pad mounted at grade, including but not limited to, conduit, ducts, vents, flues and pipes located on the exterior of any structure shall be concealed from view and shall be treated in a manner acceptable to the Architectural Control Committee.
