External monitoring. The external monitoring and audit referred to in Arncles 10.1, 10.2, 10.3 and 10.4 of the Regulanon shall not in any way relieve the Nanonal Focal Point or the Programme Operator of its obliganons under the programme agreement regarding monitoring of the Programme and/or its projects, financial control and audit.
