EXTERNAL SERVICES. The Platform may enable access to third-party services and websites and Applications (collectively and individually, "External Services"). You agree to use the External Services at your sole risk. NCR Voyix is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party External Services and shall not be liable for any such third-party External Services. Data displayed by any External Service, including but not limited to financial, and location information, is for general informational purposes only and is not guaranteed by NCR Voyix or its agents. You will not use the External Services in any manner that is inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree not to use the External Services to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten or defame any person or entity, and that NCR Voyix is not responsible for any such use. External Services may not be available in all languages or in your home country and may not be appropriate or available for use in any particular location. To the extent you choose to use such External Services, you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws. NCR Voyix reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, disable or impose access restrictions or limits on any External Services at any time without notice or liability to you.

EXTERNAL SERVICES. The Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment (MBIE) - Help employers and employees make the Employment Relations Act 2000, and thus your employment relationship work. The services they provide are: • Information – The MBIE’s labour information website provides information to help resolve disputes. It can also clarify your employment rights and obligations. • Mediation – Either party has the right to ask the MBIE to mediate an employment relationship problem. This is where a neutral mediator sits down with the parties and tries to help them resolve the issue. MBIE has a free mediation service. To access mediation, call free on 0000 00 00 00. • Inspectorate - The Labour Inspectorate can assist you if the statutory minimum terms and conditions of employment, such as holidays and minimum wages have not been complied with. Employment Relations Authority (ERA) - Occasionally disputes cannot be resolved with mediation. That is where the Employment Relations Authority can help by formally investigating the issues and make a decision. Employment Court - If either party are not satisfied with a decision by the Employment Relations Authority, then they are entitled to take a case to the Employment Court.
EXTERNAL SERVICES. The Platform may provide links to, or enable access to, third party services and websites (External Services). You agree and acknowledge that:
(a) we are not the provider of any External Services;
(b) use of an External Service may require that you accept additional terms;
(c) any link or access to an External Service is provided solely as a convenience to you and we do not endorse any External Service and have not, and are not required to, examine or evaluate the content, accuracy, completeness, validity, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect of any External Service; and
(d) your use of any External Service is at your sole risk and, to the extent permitted by Law, we will have no liability to you in connection with any External Service or its use.
EXTERNAL SERVICES. (a) In the event that external personnel or consultants are required for expert opinion with respect to a Certification Services Variation, then, with the prior written approval of the PA Parties, any additional fees relating to such external personnel or consultants will be payable by the PA Parties at the agreed upon amount.

These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by us of the content or products available through such External Sites. The External Sites may offer third-party goods and services (the “Third Party Products”), and you acknowledge and agree that: (i) we do not manufacture or sell the Third Party Products and thus have no control over the quality, safety, legality or efficacy of any Third Party Product; (ii) we have no involvement in any transaction involving any Third Party Products; and (iii) we shall have no liability with respect to any Third Party Product or any transaction or interaction between you and the provider of any Third Party Product. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those External Sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or any content located on such External Sites. We are not responsible for the content of any linked External Sites and do not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such External Sites. You should take precautions when downloading files from all websites to protect your computer from viruses and other destructive programs. If you decide to access linked External Sites, you do so at your own risk.

NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY LICENSOR OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY. The Department of Labour’s Employment Relations Service (“ERS”) exists to help employers and employees make the Employment Relations Act 2000, and thus your employment relationship work. The services the ERS provide are: - Information – ERS’s first job is to provide straightforward information and answer questions relating to employment relations. ERS provides information about all employment-related issues. - Mediation – Either party has the right to ask the ERS to mediate an employment relationship problem. ERS’s mediators can operate informally by coming to the workplace, by meeting the parties separately or together, or through a series of different meetings. If asked, mediators can make a decision for the parties.
