External monitoring. The external monitoring and audit referred to in Arucles 10.1, 10.2, 10.3 and 10.4 of the Regulauon shall not in any way relieve the Nauonal Focal Point or the Programme Operator of its obligauons under the programme agreement regarding monitoring of the Programme and/or its projects, financial control and audit.
