Extra Auction Conduct Conditions. A6.1 Despite any special condition to the contrary the minimum deposit we accept is 10% of the purchase price, (or the total price, if less). A special Condition may, however, require a higher minimum deposit. General conditions of sale Words in black bold type have special meanings, which are defined in the Glossary. The general conditions (including any extra general conditions) apply to the contract except to the extent that they are varied by special conditions or by an addendum.
