Extra Duty Compensation Guidelines. A. All hourly rates and annual rates (non-indexed rates) not otherwise mentioned are to be increased by the same percentage as the salary schedule, each year of the contract. B. Effective September 1, or each year of the contract, the following rates will be increased at the same rate as the base salary.
