Extra Vacation Days. A represented employee shall be granted an Extra Vacation Day on the fourth (4th) , ninth (9th), fourteenth (14th), nineteenth (19th), twenty-fourth (24th), and twenty-ninth (29th) anniversary date of her/his regular appointment by the City and every fifth (5th) anniversary date thereafter.
