EXTRA WORK/CHANGE ORDERS. When any work is necessary to the proper completion of the Project and for which no prices are provided for in the Bid or Proposal and Contract, the CONTRACTOR shall do such work, but only when and as ordered in writing by the OWNER. The OWNER may order changes in the Work without invalidating Contract. Payment for Extra Work shall be made as provided herein. Contractor agrees that overhead and profit for Extra Work shall not exceed 10% of the total cost of the Extra Work.
