Common use of Extraction Fans Clause in Contracts

Extraction Fans. The Lessee will immediately, if required to do so by the Lessor, install, operate and maintain to the satisfaction of the Lessor in all respects extraction fans and associated equipment adequate to prevent any odours, smells or the like resulting from the Lessee's use of the Premises from becoming noticeable by people outside the Premises or troublesome to other lessees in the Property. In the event of any breach of this clause 16.2 by the Lessee the Lessor may, at the expense of the Lessee, take such action as it deems necessary to remedy such breach.
