Common use of Extradition notice Clause in Contracts

Extradition notice. Extradition notice means: (a) any request for the extradition of any director, any warrant for the arrest of any director or other proceedings under the provisions of the United Kingdom Extradition Act 2003; (b) any associated appeal, including an appeal to the European Court of Human Rights, and the pursuit of judicial review proceedings against the decision of the Home Secretary or another appropriately authorised representative of the Government of the United Kingdom to issue an extradition certificate under the United Kingdom Extradition Act 2003; (c) the equivalent of the above in any other jurisdiction; arising from a wrongful act.
